Intervals Indoors - High Intensity Training with a Purpose
Our indoor cycling class is power based, and tailored to your individual power profile. We start with a test to determine your unique threshold power number and then delineate your individual training zones. The class series is then catered to your unique training zones and is progressive, structured, varied and fun. We work on building power through both longer and shorter high intensity intervals, use different intensities to develop different skills, and finish with a final power test to gauge our improvement.
These are tough, but we build on our fitness and skills with a purpose and a plan.
