Level I - Power Package

The coaching package we base our reputation on.  Includes all of the services of our other packages, in addition to:
 

  • Initial and follow up one-on-one interviews to review history, establish goals and create an Individual Training Roadmap.
  • Client’s personal Training Peaks account through Flowform
  • Individual weekly training plan both through trainingpeaks.com and/or mailed, complete with workout descriptions and goals.
  • Daily review and recording of client’s downloaded power files, resting pulse rate, blood pressure and rider’s focus self-assessment.
  • Daily coach initiated feedback.
  • Weekly phone conference
  • Unlimited email access to coach
  • Review and analysis of race power data to help evaluate pacing, cadence and tactics.
  • Complete management of a periodized training plan based on client’s profile, including the measurement and analysis of key power based metrics.
  • Quarterly testing to gauge improvement and chronicle changes in fitness
  • Yearly training outline template w/ training focus and key races for each training period.
  • Monthly mailed summary package of current fitness and goal evaluation, complete with chart printouts and notes.
  • Mental training exercises and coaching on goal setting, motivation and distraction control.
  • Nutritional guidance for race applications, weight management and overall health.
  • Free team kit
  • Personal Retul bike fitting if local or willing to travel
  • twice annual VO2 testing and Oxygen Saturation Testing
  • Access to group training rides
  • Monthly one on one training with your coach
  • 15% discount on select power meters (with 6 month committment)

Cost: $475/month with $150 for Individual Training Template (minimum 6 month commitment; Setup fee waived with 1 year commitment)


Level II - Competition Package

This package is for the athlete who doesn't quite need the level of oversight and analysis, but still desires a high level of customization, oversight and feedback.

  1. Initial one-on-one interview to establish goals, training history and performance testing
  2. Client's personal Training Peaks account through Flowform
  3. Unique individual monthly training plan through www.trainingpeaks.com, complete with workout descriptions and goals
  4. Unlimited email access to coach
  5. Weekly 30 minute phone or live online conference
  6. Yearly training outline template with training focus and key races for each training period
  7. Complete training zones based on heart rate or power
  8. Exercises for strength training and core work
  9. Nutritional guidance for race applications, weight management and overall health
  10. Mental training exercises and coaching on goal setting, motivation and distraction control


Cost: $350/month with $150 setup fee for Individual Training Template


Level III - Performance Package

This package has most of the attributes of the Competition Package, without the weekly conference and feedback frequency. 

  1. Initial one-on-one interview to establish goals, training history and performance testing
  2. Client's personal Training Peaks account through Flowform
  3. Unique individual monthly training plan through www.trainingpeaks.com, complete with workout descriptions and goals
  4. Unlimited email access to coach
  5. Yearly training outline template with training focus and key races for each training period
  6. Complete training zones based on heart rate or power
  7. Exercises for strength training and core work
  8. Nutritional guidance for race applications, weight management and overall health
  9. Mental training exercises and coaching on goal setting, motivation and distraction control
