Velosport Team Training - Great Park paceline drills with Over/Unders

Using the four corner loop at Great Park, the focus will be on paceline drills and smooth transitioning and pull through efforts. Intensity should replicate and Over/Under type of workout, with perhaps one or two 20/40 drills.
